Stained Glass Restoration Donations Sought
St. Mary’s High School will display two stained glasses windows that once graced the former St. Mary’s Convent, now the Parish Office, in its new Blessed Stanley Rother Chapel located inside the high school.
Principal Matthew Collins said he is thrilled to give these windows a place of honor on campus in the chapel, which is used by high school staff and students.
Before hanging the windows, Mr. Collins would like to restore them to their original beauty, which requires careful and expert cleaning and some restoration work. The cost is $6,300 and donations are gratefully accepted toward this project.
Anyone able to make a donation should contact Hope Tremblay at
htremblay@stmsaints.org, 413-568-5692 or send a check to St. Mary’s High School, 27 Bartlett St., Westfield, MA 01085. If you would like to visit the chapel, contact Mr. Collins at the high school.
